Quick Start
Get your organization up and running on GNETiX
Welcome to GNETiX. This guide walks you through the first steps after your organization has been provisioned.
When your organization is created, the initial administrator receives a welcome email with temporary login credentials.
- Open app.gnetix.ai and sign in with the email and temporary password from your welcome email
- Change your password immediately after first login
If you didn't receive a welcome email, check your spam folder or ask your GNETiX administrator to reset your password from the Users page.
Your dashboard
After signing in you'll land on the Dashboard, which gives you an overview of:
- Activity metrics — conversations, messages, and LLM spend
- Integrations — connection status for Webex, Slack, and Teams
- Webhooks — inbound event endpoints and activity
- Agents — on-prem tool executors and their connection status
- MCP Servers — registered tool servers and their capabilities
Next steps
Follow these guides in order to get your organization fully operational:
Configure your LLM
Connect an AI model provider so the Director can process messages.
Register your first agent
Deploy an on-prem agent to bridge GNETiX to your infrastructure.
Build your first MCP server
Create a custom tool server that exposes your systems to AI.
Connect a messaging platform
To start receiving messages, connect at least one platform. Go to System Settings (gear icon in the sidebar) and configure one of:
| Platform | What you need |
|---|---|
| Cisco Webex | A Webex bot token |
| Slack | A Slack app with bot + app tokens |
| Microsoft Teams | An Azure AD app registration |
| Webhooks | Nothing — create endpoints directly in the portal |
Once connected, any authorized user can message the bot and the Director will respond using the tools available from your connected agents.
